And the culturing continues

Dear John- This was a beautiful movie, though I felt a lot differently than I did about the book (obviously). It was a lot more noticeable that they had only been together for two weeks before departing, making the relationship, in my eyes, kind of naive. I know it's a theme of Nicholas Sparks, but it really made it unrealistic for me. However, I still cried a lot during the movie. I might reread the book since I haven't read it in a very, very long time.

James Baldwin: A Biography- After reading this man's entire biography, I have changed my views completely on writing and everything. I wish I would have finished it before finishing my 20 page story for 420, but I am not writing a new 20 page story. That took me forever. haha. But I learned so much about the struggles of this man, and I absolutely fell in love with him.

Currently working on: Reading Silence and the Scorpion for International Studies and Mystery and Manners (Flannery O'Connor) for my own knowledge and attempt at not being ignorant.

Also in the plans is Alice in Wonderland.

I might have to go see The Last Song...even if it does have Miley Cyrus in it...just 'cause it's a Nicholas Sparks :)
