This isn't even half of a list, but I'm not gonna tell the world everything I learned.
- Going to parties sober is a lot of fun, especially if you like people watching.
- I truly am a band geek.
- I don't know if I could make friends if I didn't do marching band.
- Some people are never going to get over themselves.
- Shakespeare was an interesting man. Even though I hate the hype about him, he's definitely got something going for him.
- Stereotypes never go away, even if people at college are more laid back.
- Neither do reputations. But unlike high school, at college you usually deserve it.
- The internet is addicting. Somehow, hours can pass when you're on the computer.
- Flip flops should not be worn in the rain.
- Growing up is hard, especially since you don't want to lose who you are.
- Teachers suck in high school, professors suck at college. If you're lucky, you'll get a good one, but it never gets better.
- Miami food is really good, but it gets old.
- Good people never get their way.
- Midnight walks are amazing. Only in Oxford, OH. And only with your best friend.
- Drugs actually do exist. It isn't a myth. They were just hidden from me to protect my innocence.
- Male singing groups are my absolute favorite. Female voices ruin the beauty of male singers.
- Growing up in Pittsburgh is a lot different from Ohio.
- Trusting people is hard.
- Being paranoid is better than being completely trusting.
- There are so many different sorts of people out in the world.
- College is a bubble. It's almost worse than living with your parents. Real money doesn't exist.
- Friends are more important than school work.
- I don't need a thousand clubs to be in. I'm comfortable only doing one thing. I still want to get involved more, but I don't need to, like I did in high school.
- Even people in college are stupid. I don't know what happens between high school and college, but they're just stupid, even though they got into a good college.
- Skipping classes should affect your grade, but most of the time, it doesn't.
- There's something to like about everyone.
- Sleep is important. I could pull three all nighters in a row in high school. That does not happen at college. Period.
- Eating lots of bad food+not exercising= gained weight. And a lot of it.
- Long distance relationships are hard. So I sort of learned this last year, but it's ever growing on me that it's really hard.
- Facebook notes are a necessity in busy homeworking times.
- I'm probably not meant to have roommates, since I have the worst schedule ever, but they're amazing nonetheless, and I don't know what I would do without having someone to distract while I do homework.
- I'm not as good of a person as I thought I was.
- Girls with red hair have more fun.
- I'm going to be a writer, whether it means living on the streets or not.
- Music means everything to me.
- Best friends come with penises.
- I'm a lot more comfortable with sex, alcohol, and those uncomfortable topics.
- Taking on too much means less time with your friends.
- I'm scared of everything. You name it, I'm scared of it.
- There are few people in the world I love, most of them from college.
- I suck at conversations.
- College is not like high school. Not in the least.
- There's so much I want to do, and so much more that I can't.
- I only have four, now three, years to do whatever I want, because the real world sucks.
- Even if I turn into an alcoholic slut who does bad things, two things I never want to do are swear and smoke. I mean, I'd like to avoid all the other stuff too, but those are my biggest things.
- I'm a party whore. I love hanging out with a bunch of people. Even if they're all drunk.
- I thought finding a best friend in college would be hard. And then Timothy Lucas came along.
- I love calling Timothy Lucas by his first and middle name.
- Lukeboy is probably the best thing that's ever happened to me.
- I'll never forget the day I realized that.
- I'm not as depressy as I used to be. I've never been depressed, but I tend to have less-than-confident tendencies.
- Less is always more.
- Ice cream is a requirement for life.
- I have a new respect for trumpet players because of what I learned in physics class.
- Band personalities still hold true in college.
- I'm the most oblivious person ever. I don't think this will ever change.
- I'm not really, really good at one thing. Unless you count caring, which the real world never takes into consideration.
- I make mistakes.
- Classical music is really, really interesting. Especially piano music.
- I want to be really good at whatever I end up doing in life.
- I couldn't live without people.
- The economy sucks, but I have hope for this country.
- Ohio really doesn't suck as much as The Last Five Years claims.
- Though, it is really, really flat. And windy.
- I love being sisters with all of my friends.
- Even though in some ways, you have to grow up, there are some things you should never give up. Like coloring. And puzzles.
- The bravest thing I've ever done is lie in the middle of the road.
- Actually, showing Luke my story might've been the bravest thing I've ever done.
- Graduating in three years is possible, but I want to do so much, so I guess I'm here for four.
- I'm afraid of who I'll be after college.
- I'm afraid of losing control. One thing I have that a lot of people don't is control.
- I'm afraid of telling secrets. I've had bad experiences in the past that will affect me for the rest of my life.
- I'm afraid of showing myself. Whether it be singing, writing, or playing my flute.
- Piano is the best instrument for everything. Theory, composition, being way amazing at life, you name it.
- Life is short. But it might just be the right length.
- Bethel Park needs a bubble around it.
- I've learned something in every single class I've ever taken here at college.
- An hour and fifteen minutes in one class isn't actually that long.
- I want to be a writer. I know I've said that before, and it's something I wanted in high school, too, but after this year, I know for sure that's what I want to do.
- I still want to be a teacher. I don't know how I will be one, but eventually, I want to teach.
- FMyLife makes me feel better about my life. Not because these people's lives suck, but because people are idiots, and I'm glad that I'm not.
- Grammar sucks.
- So does spelling. And vocabulary. But I at least have better grammar/spelling/vocabulary than a lot of people with my major.
- I'm really bad at making friends. Which is why I'm glad they usually come to me.
- New Year's Resolutions are fun, even if I never do exactly what they say, I feel like somehow I develop somehow on every New Year's Resolution I ever make.
- I hope that someday I will figure out what I'm meant to do.

I really like this...they're things you'll remember forever:)
A lot of this sounds really familiar. They are things that everyone must learn that can never be taught.
