No Links

My one friend who got a blog because of my persuasiveness was trying to figure out how to get the links. Well, I went to my blog and took him step through step. This took about two hours (he got his blog at 2:37, according to our conversation on aim) and his template didn't match mine, so I finally tried his template, and it didn't have links! he got a new template though, and now it's all good. but don't you find that stupid? to have a link-less blog?!
