Even in China, most of the hotels had BBC World News or CNN International, and I grabbed an English-language paper any chance I got (which helped on some of the plane rides). I love the BBC and the New York Times, though. The BBC is known for being far more neutral than any other news source, and the New York Times writers just make the news interesting.
